Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
On August 21, 2019, the French government sent a notification to the European Commission regarding the "Loi visant à lutter contre les contenus haineux sur Internet". The notification number is 2019/412/F.
I am requesting all information, including internal and interservice communication of the European Commission regarding or in connection with this law. My request includes also shortlived information such as drafts, inter-agency communication and memos.
