Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
– on the topic of amending Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 as regards the possibility for the Member States to restrict or prohibit the use of genetically modified food and feed on their territory, all correspondence (including emails), agendas, minutes of meetings and any other reports of such meetings relating the Inter-Service Consultation (between January 2015 and May 2015).
