Intergroups and unofficial groupings

Dear Mr Nielsen,

Dear Mr Nielsen,
In reply to your request for public access to the parliamentary work on
intergroups and unofficial groupings please find enclosed the EP BUREAU
Decision regarding the "RULES ON THE TRANSPARENCY OBLIGATIONS OF
INTERGROUPS & UNOFFICIAL GROUPINGS" which will enter in force on the 16
July 2024 . Parliament's dedicated webpages

updated accordingly.
The provisions on the register of unofficial groupings (Article 3(3)) will
also enter into force only then; the registry (or any full list of
unofficial groupings) does not exist at the moment, yet. However, MEPs
may have included memberships to unofficial groupings in their individual
DECLARATIONS of FINANCIAL INTERESTS (DFI). All DFIs are public and
available online, in the individual MEP's dedicated webpages

PROPOSAL FOR A EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT DECISION on amendments to Parliament’s
Rules of Procedure with a view to strengthening integrity, independence
and accountability.
On this basis, Parliament considers your application handled and the
