Dear Madam, Sir,

I refer to my access to documents request, which was registered on 08/04/2019 under reference number GestDem 2019/2183. The deadline to reply is long overdue, yet I have not yet received your reply.

The last message I have received was on 7 June, when the Commission said: "Our services are checking in all repositories whether we have documents for all the meetings you indicated. We hope that we will be able to reply in the course of the next days."

Looking forward to your reply,
Peter

Dear Madam, Sir

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I refer to my access to documents request, which was registered on 08/04/2019 under reference number GestDem 2019/2183. The deadline to reply is long overdue, yet I have not yet received it.

The last message I have received was on 7 June, when the Commission said: "Our services are checking in all repositories whether we have documents for all the meetings you indicated. We hope that we will be able to reply in the course of the next days."

A multitude of periods of 15 working days has since passed. The DG has also not replied to my e-mail dated 15 August, in which I asked when I would finally receive my reply.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/jour...

Sincerely,
Peter Teffer

Dear Madam, Sir,

I refer to my application for access to documents, which was registered on 08/04/209 under reference number GestDem 2019/2183. After a lengthy delay, I filed a complaint with the European Ombudsman. According to the Ombudsman, DG JUST has told the Ombudsman it has sent the documents on 18 October 2019.

However, they never arrived, neither by mail, nor by advance copy to [email address].

Meanwhile, my postal address has changed (but I checked with the EUobserver office to see whether it had arrived).
Could you send the documents again, to:
