absence of an initial reply to your access-to-documents request registered
under the reference GESTDEM 2019/621, and ask for a review of this
position at the confirmatory stage.

 

We note that, on 22/02/2019,  the Secretariat-General of the European
Commission in charge of your initial application, has sent you the reply
to your initial application with reference Ares(2019)1059041 (dated
20/02/2019). Please find enclosed the acknowledgement of receipt signed by
you on 25/02/2019.

 

Since your request for review mentioned above is based on the absence of
an initial reply and the latter has been provided by the responsible
service, we will not register your confirmatory application at this stage.

 

However, if you wish to submit a confirmatory request in accordance with
