Dear EU Commission Secretariat and DG COMP,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- All documentation (including but not limited to: general communications of any nature, written material of any kind, email correspondences, background papers, briefing papers, transcriptions of meetings, readouts of meetings, summaries of meetings, briefings for meetings, etc) concerning Executive Vice President Vestager's phone call meeting with France's Economy Minister Bruno Le Maire on Monday 4 July 2022.

Dear Mr.Stolton,

I refer to your e-mail dated 04/07/2022, in which you make a request for
access to documents. You application was registered on 05/07/2022 under
the above mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we are unfortunately
not in a position to complete the handling of your request within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 27/07/2022  as your application
needs still internal processing and consulting another services in the
European Commission . Therefore, we are extending the time limit with 15
working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires
on 18/08/2022.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
