List of all active members (single XLSX file)
Dear European Committee of the Regions,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like access to a list (single XLSX file) of all active members of the Committee of the Regions that includes first name and last name, office email address, country of origin, and party affiliation.
A similar XLSX file (regarding active MEPs) has been already provided multiple times by asktheeu.org: to Xavier Dutoit on January 26, 2014, to Pawel Nowacki on January 28, 2016, to Maximilian Braun on June 13, 2019, and to Evan Frank on May 7, 2020.

We refer to your email dated 18/11/2022 in which you request access to documents, registered with the number 2022/A/1660.
We inform you that following Regulation N. 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, and specifically to Art N.2: Beneficiaries and scope:
'3. This Regulation shall apply to all documents held by an institution, that is to say, documents drawn up or received by it and in its possession, in all areas of activity of the European Union.', it is not obligatory for the CoR to create a new document containing this information, but to grant access to documents that already exist in our remits.
Therefore, the CoR could not create an XLSX file with this information, but you can access this publicly available information on the CoR public website > https://cor.europa.eu/en/members/Pages/d...
