Dear Mr Sabido,

We refer to your e-mail of 08 December 2021 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on 09 December 2021 under the above

However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your

We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dear ENER C3 NOTIFICATIONS,

Thank you for the documents provided.

I wanted to ask some follow up questions:

- were there no other communications with the stakeholders about whom documents were already identified (Enagás and ZEP), e.g. email correspondence to set up the meeting, follow-up from the meeting? (just to be 100% sure)

- In the minutes of the meeting between the Commission and ZEP, another stakeholder is present with the initials POG, but it is not clear which organisation they represent (ZEP or a member?). Could you spell out the acronym. And there was a second person from the European Commission present but their name was not listed, not even the unit. It's a matter of public interest to know which officials are meeting with private lobbying interests, so please can you disclose this.

- the request was initially sent to DG GROW (in addition to the request sent to DG ENER). Does this mean that there were no meetings between DG GROW and the listed stakeholders?

Yours sincerely,

Pascoe Sabido
