Dear ve_sg.accessdoc (SG),
I believe my request was clear enough, but I will reiterate.
For the period between 30 May 2018 to date, I am requesting a list of all meetings (including minutes, reports and related correspondence of the meetings) and all correspondence (including attachments) between the Secretariat General, including any member of the Cabinet of Mr. Frans Timmermans, and registered lobby groups/individuals/associations on the topics of "single-use plastics" and "circular economy". I can see that previous similar requests were replied to successfully and relevant material was provided.
Finally, as established by relevant legislation, I kindly request you to provide assistance with my request and redirect it to the relevant body if you are unable to respond.
I remain available for any clarification.
Kind regards,
Yours sincerely,
Matteo Civillini
