Dear ve_move.access documents(MOVE),

Thank you for your response. In order to accomodate your request for clarification and for narrowing down the scope of my request, I am excluding those aspects of my request which I believe may concern a very large number of documents, and reducing the time-period.

My request is now reformulated so as to concern only:
exchanges between DG Move and one member state in relation to one specific project;
exchanges between DG Move and the European Court of Auditors in relation to one specific project;
exchanges between DG Move and one third-party.

I believe my request can now be handled within the time limit provided by Regulation 1049/2001.

Please find below my modified request:

Dear Mobility and Transport,

- all reports (and other notes) from meetings between DG MOVE and the European Court of Auditors, in which the Lyon-Turin railway link project was discussed.

- all reports (and other notes) from meetings between DG MOVE and representatives of Tunnel Euralpin Lyon Turin s.a.s (TELT)

- all correspondence (including emails and attachments) between DG MOVE and representatives of Tunnel Euralpin Lyon Turin s.a.s (TELT)
