Dear Justice and Consumers,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. A list of all meetings held with Identity Malta, MIIPA or minister/parliamentary secretary on the Individual Investor Programme. The list should include: date, individuals attending and organisation, as well as the issues discussed;
- all minutes and other reports of these meetings;
- all correspondence, including attachements (i.e. any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) between this DG (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and Malta govt, Identity Malta or MIIPA in matters dealing with the IIP.
- all documents prepared for the purpose of the meeting and/or exchanged during the course of the meeting.

2. Reports by the DG dealing with the Maltese IIP
