Dear Communications Networks, Content and Technology,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Medium Article on Copyright Directive'.

I disagree with the assessment that redacted data cannot be disclosed. I insist that such disclosure would be legitimate under the applicable rules on the protection of personal data.

Additionally, the name Joe Lynam is already publicly known and need not be hidden.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/medi...
