Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- the minutes as well as preparatory documents and correspondances related to the meeting between MEP Axel Voss and German PR firm B-Connect GmbH on September 12 2021 to discuss the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence and amending Directive

Mr Voss is shadow rapporteur on the CSDD file on behalf of the JURI committee. According to an initial declaration Mr Voss reported meeting B-Connect on 13 September 2021 in Berlin to discuss the CSDD file. Subsequently, after media inquiries, this declaration was changed and the meeting is now listed as a phone call.

I would appreciate if you could provide the requested information in electronic format, if possible.

In the event that my request is denied, please explain the denial or all deletions of the regulations that refer to specific exemptions. Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to Article 4.6.

I reserve my right to appeal.

Please, confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yours faithfully,
Cécile Marchand
