Dear Lora Verheecke,

We refer to your application mentioned in the subject. We will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today. An extended time limit is
needed, in particular due to the fact that many documents requested
originate from third parties which have to be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 13 April 2015.
However, we will do every effort to reduce this deadline as much as
possible.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

This message is sent to the electronic address you mentioned in your mail
for this specific application.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mrs Verheecke,

We have sent to you the requested documents related to this application on
19 March 2015 through registered mail.

We contacted CEFIC also due to the fact that it had copyright on some
documents requested. In this context, CEFIC expressed the wish to know the
data of the applicant.

Therefore, we ask you if you agree that your data would be sent to CEFIC?
If so, do you want that we communicate only the name and address of the
Corporate Europe Observatory (CEO), without your name or do you accept
that also your name is disclosed?

Please inform us as quickly as possible.

Best regards.
