Dear Ms Verheecke,
Regarding your above mentioned request, we have identified two documents. One of these documents is the meeting report that was partially released on 28 January 2015 following a request by one of your colleagues. The other document involves a third party, that has indicated that in order for them to give permission to release the document we would have to disclose the requester's name to them.
May I give your name and organisation to this third party?
Best regards,
DG Trade
Dear DG Trade,
Thank you for your answer.
You can give my name and organisation to the third party.
Best regards,
Lora Verheecke
Dear Ms Verheecke,
We refer to your e-mail of 16/02/2015 in which you make a request for access to documents, registered on the same day under GestDem 2015/0927.
Your application is currently being handled and the documents have been identified. We are unfortunately not able to send you the reply within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 09/03/2015.
An extended time limit is needed as one of the documents requested included third party data that we needed to consult on.
We hope to be able to send you the reply in the course of next week, but surely before the extended deadline of 30/03/2015.
Best regards,
DG Trade
Dear Trade,
