Dear Taxation and Customs Union,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:

1. Between Gerassimos Thomas, Director General of TAXUD and Eurofer on the 12th April 2021

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Please be informed that the Commission has taken precautionary measures to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus and reduce the risk of infection of our staff, while ensuring business continuity. As a consequence, the procedure to handle your applications may take longer than foreseen.
