We refer to your requests for public access to documents pursuant to
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and
Commission documents (Official Journal OJ L 145, 31.5.2001, p. 43;
hereinafter 'Regulation 1049/2001'), dated 9 April 2021, and registered on
the same date under the above-mentioned reference numbers.

We also refer to our acknowledgment of receipt emails of 9 April 2021, our

respectively.

 

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

 

An extended time limit is needed, as additional consultations need to be
performed.

 

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit by 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation 1049/2001.

The new time limit expires on 26 May 2021.
