Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents from January 2023—including but not limited to correspondence, emails, minutes, notes (hand written or electronic), audio or video recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, and presentations—related to the meeting between MEP Radosław Sikorski and PAGE Coalition on EU-US Energy Relations (LNG), Date, Place: 07-06-2023 Online.

In consideration of the environment, I would prefer to receive documents electronically. Documents that cannot be sent in electronic format should be sent to:

I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the Commission's search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I would expect the partial release of documents in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6. I reserve the right to appeal.

following your request concerning documents related to the meeting between
Mr Radosław SIKORSKI, MEP, and the PAGE Coalition on 7 June, 2023, we must
inform you that Parliament's administration does not hold such documents.

In that sense, we must inform you that we can only assess and provide
specific documents held by the European Parliament, that is, by its
administration, while we have no access to documents held by Members in
their private offices (see also [1]Rule 122(2) of Parliament’s Rule of
Procedure).

Indeed, the only information held by Parliament with regard to Meetings
between Members and interest representatives that have been published on
Members’ websites in accordance with Article 7 of the [2]Code of Conduct
for Members, so that, by clicking on a particular member, you can access
their website and find list of meetings on the right side of the page
