Meeting between SG and organisations
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meeting listed below:
1. Between GFG Alliance, ArcelorMittal (AM), SHS - Stahl-Holding-Saar GmbH&Co.KGaA, Tata Steel Europe (Tata Steel Europe), APERAM SA (APERAM), Salzgitter AG (SZAG), Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), Riva Group (/), The European Steel Association (EUROFER), U. S. Steel Košice, s.r.o. (USSK), CELSA Group, Federazione Imprese Siderurgiche Italiane (FEDERACCIAI) and Vice-President Timmermans on the 26th January 2021
2. Between KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM), Koninklijke Philips (Philips), AkzoNobel, Royal FrieslandCampina (FrieslandCampina), Unilever, Shell Companies (Shell), Heineken N.V., Royal DSM (DSM) and Timmermans on the 13th January 2021
3. Between Siemens AG (SAG), Volvo AB (Volvo Group), A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S (APMM), AIR LIQUIDE (AIR LIQUIDE) and Ursula von der Leyen on the 19th February 2021
I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

I refer to your request dated 24/02/2021, registered on 24/02/2021, in
which you make a request for access to documents under the above mentioned
reference number. Your application is currently being handled. However, we
will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expired on 17/03/2021.
An extended time limit is needed as the handling of your application could
not yet be completed at this stage. Therefore, we have to extend the time
limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation
(EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit
expires on 07/04/2021.

In refrence to the message sent to you earlier this morning, I would like
to inform you about the new deadline 12/04/2021 to reply to your access to
docuements request. The correction results from the Easter holiday break
which is not counted as working days.
