Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meeting listed below:

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

We refer to your request dated 20/05/2021 in which you make a request for access to documents, registered on 21/05/2021 under the above mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling by 14/06/2021.

An extended time limit for more in-depth investigations is needed in order to complete our assessment on the possibility for the public disclosure of the documents requested.
