Under the right of access to documents in the EU Treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I hereby request access to the following:

All documents—including but not limited to correspondence (including email and letters) containing substantive discussion relevant to the meeting topic, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings, minutes, notes, and meeting conclusions—relating to the meeting between Ursula von der Leyen and Volvo, Siemens, Maersk and Air Liquide on 25th August 2021, 23rd March 2021, 19th February 2021, 6th November 2020, 9th October 2020, 22nd July 2020, 12th June 2020, 19th May 2020, 30th April 2020 and 17th April 2020.

I would like to receive the documents on a rolling basis, as soon as some of them are available.
I would prefer for this information to be sent to me in machine-readable electronic format.
