Dear DG CLIMA,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation, including but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of the cabinet members of Cabinet members of Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans with multiple organisations.

1. Meeting with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM), Lufthansa Group) on 11/03/2021 on the Climate roadmap for aviation
2. Meeting with Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) on 01/03/2021 on Rail and the European Green Deal
3. Meeting with Airbus on 01/12/2020 on Zero emission aircraft

We refer to your request for access to documents dated 23 March 2021,
registered on 26 March 2021 under the above mentioned reference number.

 

We were not in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expired last week.

 

In accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents we have to extend the time limit by 15 working
days, the new deadline is set for 12 May 2021.
