Dear Sir,
Thank you for your e-mail dated 16/03/2020. We hereby acknowledge receipt

be extended, you will be informed in due course.

Dear Danny Magill,
We refer to your e-mail dated 16/03/2020 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered under the above-mentioned reference
number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 08/04/2020.
An extension of time is necessary as your application concerns documents
held by different services, which must be consulted. In particular, you
request documents that concern meetings with the Commissioner, members of
the Cabinet and other staff in Directorate Mobility and Transport.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit by 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 04/05/2020.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
Kind regards,
MOVE ACCES DOCUMENTS Team

Dear Mr MAGILL,
We are referring to your access to document request registered under
reference Gestdem 2020/1591.
COVID’19 outbreak undoubtedly impacted the process of handling access to
documents requests under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. Given a large scale
teleworking in the Commission services, all replies, which should normally
be sent via registered post, currently are sent only by e-mail.
DG MOVE ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS TEAM sent you a reply letter by email, dated
04/05/2020 (please see DG MOVE reply below) . In the light of the
foregoing, we kindly ask you to send us your acknowledgement of receipt.
Yours sincerely,
