Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents—including but not limited to correspondence, emails, meeting minutes, notes (hand written or electronic), audio or video recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, and presentations—related to the meeting between Aare Järvan and Ripple Labs Inc. on 06/03/2018.

The description given in your application does not enable us to identify
concrete documents, which would correspond to the part of your request
highlighted below.

All documents—including but not limited to correspondence, emails,
minutes, notes (hand written or electronic), audio or video recordings,
verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, and
presentations—related to the meeting between commissioner Mairead
McGuinness Blockchain or cabinet and Association pour le développement des
actifs numériques on 29-01-2021.

We therefore invite you, in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation
(EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents, to provide us with
more detailed information on the documents/event you request, such as
references, dates or periods during which the documents would have been
drawn up, persons or bodies who drafted the documents etc.
