Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) All the meetings held with the Parliament’s President Antonio Tajani, since January 2017, that have touched on issues such as :
- Christians persecution
- Euthanasia
- LGTBI rights (gay marriage)
- Abortion
- Climate Change and agriculture

Also the list of all the people present at the meeting and their roles.

Dear Ms Rojas,

 

Further to your application under Regulation 1049/2001 seeking public
access to documents concerning meetings held by President Tajani on
several topics, Parliament informs you that no documents have been
identified as falling within the scope of your application.

 

Parliament would like to inform you that the scope of Regulation
1049/2001, as defined in its Article 2(3), extends only to documents held
by an institution. Indeed, this Regulation does not deal with the right of
access to information as such.
