Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of Cabinet members of President Ursula von der Leyen with organisations.

1. Meeting with BPCE (BPCE) on 14/10/2022 regarding "BPCE presented their views and concerns on the reform of the crisis management and deposit insurance framework."
2. Meeting with Crédit Agricole S.A. (CA S.A.) on 12/10/2022 regarding "1) Bank Crisis management Deposit Insurance proposal 2) negotiations on the Basel proposal 3) Sustainable finance agenda 4) Digital euro set up"
3. Meeting with Société Générale (SG) on 29/09/2022 regarding "Share thoughts on recent trends in ESG and energy related matters, but also expand on securitization or take stock of the banking package file."
4. Meeting with BNP PARIBAS (BNPP) & European Banking Federation (EBF) on 21/09/2022 regarding "BNP Paribas views on potential price caps and liquidity measures in the context of the energy crisis."
5. Meeting with Invesco Management SA (IMSA) on 05/09/2022 regarding "Topics: - Eu sustainable finance framework (including on the corporate sustainability reporting Directive) - CMU plan including on AIFMD review and on the consolidated tape.."
