Dear Mr Teffer,
Subject: Your application for access to documents – Ref GestDem No
2020/6281 and 2020/6282
We refer to your e-mail dated 20 October in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 20 October under the above mentioned
reference number.
Your request will be dealt only with the reference 6282, the other
reference will be supressed
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 11/11/2020.
An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns a large
number of documents; in order to retrieve the documents requested, large
files have to be examined;
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 2/12/2020.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Madam, Sir,
I refer to my application for access to documents which were registered under GestDem No 2020/6281 and 2020/6282. You wrote: "Your request will be dealt only with the reference 6282, the other reference will be supressed".
What do you mean by "supressed"? This gives the impression that part of the request will be ignored. Did you mean to say that the two references will be merged again and treated as one (1) request instead of two (2)?
All the best
Peter Teffer
Dear Mr Teffer,
Yes, the two references will be merged.
Best,
