Dear European External Action Service (Delegation to the UN in Geneva),

In a resolution (A/HRC/26/L.22/Rev.1) on elaboration of an international legally binding instrument on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights, the UN's Human Rights Council decided to establish an open-ended intergovernmental working group to elaborate an international legally binding instrument on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights, and decided that the working group should hold its first session in 2015.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- a list of meetings between the EU's delegation to the UN in Geneva and representatives of companies and/or business associations, in which the UN's Human Rights Council and its discussions (and possible activities) regarding human rights and transnational corporations and other business enterprises were discussed (between January 2014 and today);
- minutes and other reports of these meetings;
- all correspondence (including emails) between the EU's delegation to the UN in Geneva and representatives of companies and/or business associations, in which the UN's Human Rights Council and its discussions (and possible activities) regarding human rights and transnational corporations and other business enterprises were mentioned (between January 2014 and today);

Yours faithfully,
