Dear RPUE IT - Giuridico Contenzioso,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately many of the links you sent are either broken or are directing to wrong places (email addresses and https://italiaue.esteri.it/rapp_ue/it/am...).
Also, I would highly appreciate that you support my request by transferring it to the right authority, as some other Permanent Representations are doing.
Yours sincerely,
Lala Hakuma
Dear Mrs. Lala Hakuma,
We revert to you as you assert that the piece of information, i.e. the
links internet related to transparency and relations to the public of the
Foreign Affairs Ministry, we diligently provided to you as per your
knowledge were not redirecting you to the "right places" or were not
working for some undefined reasons.
Although we had them checked in the first place when we sent them to you,
here you will find them again as they are operational and will direct you
to the right website page you were supposedly looking for.

Ministry

* Second link: Form "FOIA" (also attached hereto) to request information
(please note that the applicable law foresees that it falls entirely
under the citizen's responsibility to make the righteous search and
fill correctly the corresponding request). Email addresses to send the
form are both: "[email address]" and the certified
email "[email address]"; please note for this latter that a
certified email can only be sent using a special Certified Email
Account provided by a registered provider.

We believe, in a loyal cooperation approach, that the links we provided

accessible information, hence transparency.
Should it be necessary, we suggest that you might yourself refine your
search on accessible information under the relevant legal provisions, as
it falls entirely under your duty and interest.

Permanent Representation of Italy to the EU
