Dear sirs,
Thanks for your response.
I am surprised that out of 18 meetings of which I requested minutes, I only got access to minutes of six of the meetings.
I would like you to confirm that this is the case and there are not reports, summaries, minutes, notes or record-keeping of any kind produced as an outcome of these meetings.
Yours sincerely,
Belen Balanya
Dear Ms Balanya,
Thank you very much for your email.
As explained in our letter from 20 April 2020, the administrative handling of your request was split between DG CLIMA (Gestdem 2020/1498) and the Secretariat-General of the Commission (Gestdem 2020/1497).
Therefore, DG CLIMA reply letter referred only to the Access to Documents case Gestdem 2020/1498. The scope of this request corresponded to 7 meetings of Director General Mauro Petriccione, these meetings are mentioned in our reply letter.
In the coming days, the Secretariat General of the Commission will provide a reply to the Access to Documents case Gestdem 2020/1497.
Please let us know if you need any further clarification.
Best regards,
