Dear Regional and Urban Policy,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The state of play of the certification of the managing authorities and intermediate bodies per member state for 2014 - 2020. The certification is given by their national audit authorities. I am interested in either the number certified out of the total to be certified such authorities or by the % certified out of the total to be certified per member state for the 2014-2020 financial exercise. Based on this certification the above managing authorities (MA) and / orintermediate bodies (IB) are able to forward requests for payment and reimburse European structural and investment funds to their end beneficiaries.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application will be handled within 15 working days. The time limit will expire on 27/1/2017. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

limit of 15 working days, which expires on 27/01/2017.
An extended time limit is needed since the applications concerns different
services, which must be consulted.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 17/02/2017.
