OUR REF A(2014)798

Dear Mr Escudero,

Following your request we would like to inform you that there are no specific documents gathering, for each MEP, the information requested in aggregated form.

Official travels (ad hoc delegations, fact finding missions, interparliamentary delegations) by MEPs are undertaken in the context of the parliamentary work within the committee (in particular committees dealing with external policies) or delegation they are members of.

In this respect, information on the activities (minutes including attendance, calendars of meetings, agendas, reports of missions, etc.) are to be found on the specific web site of each committee or delegation:

Committees: http://www.europarl.europa.eu/committees...

Delegations: http://www.europarl.europa.eu/delegation...

On MEPs individual WebPages it is possible to view the committee and/or delegation they belong to. In this way you can access information concerning the events/activities in which they have participated.

We would like to point out that you can find more information about Spanish MEPs and their parliamentary activities here:

http://www.europarl.europa.eu/meps/en/se...

We would advise to contact the individual MEPs concerned for more specific details concerning a particular activity.

If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know

Kind regards,
