Dear Registre,
as i stated in my original request i asked for the lists of the delegations accompanying the vice president and the prime minister as well as the schedule of these visits which is done by the protocol service. you have just provided me with 2 links to the weekly agenda and a news update which covers nothing that i asked for in my original request and which i could easily see myself.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Cole,

The Register has already forwarded to you all public documents available
linked to the visits of the USA vice-president and the Greek Prime
Minister.

In particular, Mr Biden's visit consisted of a bilateral meeting with the
President. There is no overall program of the visit. The link to the
President's agenda was already forwarded to you. As for the visit of the
Greek Prime Minister, it consisted of a short meeting with the President
without any programme. The link to the President's agenda was already
forwarded to you as well.

The lists of accompanying people contain personal data covered by
Regulation (EC) 45/2001
([1]http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexU...),
collected for the sole purpose of conducting adequate security controls at
the entrances of its premises.  This principle has been thoroughly
explained to you in a letter dated 22/12/2014 and signed by the Secretary
General as a response to a similar request you submitted on 10/11/2014.

Furthermore, the above mentioned letter informed you that according to
Article 8(b) of Regulation (EC) 45/2001 personal data shall only be
transferred to recipients subject to the national law adopted for the
implementation of Directive 95/46/EC if "the recipient establishes the
necessity of having the data transferred and if there is no reason to
assume that the data subject's legitimate interests might be prejudiced."

In light of the above and given that neither by your previous request nor
by this request you have referred to any element establishing the
necessity to have such data transferred, no personal data can be
transferred to you.

We hope that these clarifications are useful to you. Should you further
clarify the necessity of having the personal data transferred please do
not hesitate to refer back to us as foreseen by Article 6(2).

Kind regards,
