Oracle Cloud decision
Dear Madam, Sir,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documents - including but not limited to e-mails, minutes, notes, presentations, reports - related to the European Commission decision to select Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (announced by Oracle on 30 October 2023). This should include all documents related to how a potential selection of Oracle relates to the EU's digital sovereignty strategy.
If you require additional clarification regarding my request, do not hesitate to contact me.
Please note I prefer to receive the documents and any communication in digital format, and not by physical mail. Let's protect the environment.

Dear Mr Teffer,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 8 November 2023 under case number EASE 2023/6645.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
