Dear Pia,
I'm writing to you with regards to 3 access to documents requests that DG
Trade is handling for you.
GESTDEM 2013/3355 – Delegation Washington
GESTDEM 2013/3666 – Delegation Otawa
GESTDEM 2013/3650 – MAWG & MAAC
We have almost finalised the identification of the documents involved in 3
requests. We will now start screening process which is complicated due to
holiday period and absences of colleagues.
Further, due to the high number of complex requests that DG Trade is
handling we need to prioritise.
We are hoping to send you the replies to requests 2013/3666 and 2013/3355
by the mid-September.
For the request 2013/3650 – regarding MAWG & MAAC, we will send you a
reply in 2 batches. Realistic deadlines would be mid-October for the 1^st
batch and mid-November for the 2^nd batch.
I will keep you informed on the developments on these files.
