Document titled: WK 17080 2022 INIT 07/12/2022 as well as any other document from the past two years that contains relevant information on the pension scheme of officials and other servants of the European Union.

Hello,

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 8/02/2023 under case number 2023/0898.

We are currently working on your request. However, internal consultations
are still ongoing and we will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 01/03/2023.

Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
