According to the letter of 25 October 2016 signed by the Chair of the
Petitions Committee, your petition has been declared admissible. As
explained in the letter, the Committee has asked the European Commission
to investigate the issues raised in your petition. It has also sent your
petition to the Romanian Permanent Representation to the EU for
information. After the reception of the answer by the Commission, the
Committee on Petitions will decide on the next steps.
