Dear Registre,

Thank you very much for this reply. However, I am especially interested in the original full petition that was handed in. I did not see that among the provided documents.

May I kindly ask you to add the original petition 706/99?

Yours sincerely,

Arun Dohle

Dear Registre,

I take note that the official 15 working days delay has expired. By law I should have received a reply.

Can you please reply within the next 5 working days?

If not, I might consider complaining to the European Ombudsman.

Sehr geehrte / Sehr geehrter AccesDocs,

I hereby remind you of my confirmatory appeal. I have not yet received a reply.

By law I should have received a reply since long.

I consider that the public has an interest and right to know the full content of Petitions dealt with by the European Parliament's Petition Committee. Especially when the Petitioner agreed in writing to public handling of his Petition.

Therefore I repeat my request to make the full content of the Petition public through the website Ask the EU.

Mit freundlichem Gruß,

Arun Dohle

Dear Mr Dohle,

you receive this mail in a spirit of service and good administration to clarify some points in your previous correspondence.

The text of petition No 706/99 as released for the first time due to your application is accessible on Parliament's website:
http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegistreWe...

Your mail of 11 March with which you requested Parliament to disclose all personal data included in that petition was answered by letter of Parliament's Secretary General of 6 April 2016. This letter drew your attention on the possibility for you to introduce, within 15 working days, a reasoned request for Parliament's position to be revised.
Your email of 23 May 2016, with which you requested Parliament to revise its decision of 6 April, presented no argument that would have allowed the processing of these personal data.
Furthermore this request was out of deadline. Thus, no answer was needed to your email and the file was closed.

Therefore and as already indicated to you before, in light of the efforts already undertaken by Parliament to reply to your numerous applications, and taking the view that replying to abusive correspondence would be contrary to the principle of good administration, as enshrined in Article 14(3) of the European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour (http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu/en/resour...), Parliament hereby informs you that your future requests for documents will be dealt only if they fall within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and they concern identified or identifiable documents. No follow-up will be given to your subsequent correspondence, once a positive reply is provided to you.

Regards
