Dear Sir / Madam,

We refer to your e-mail dated 14/03/2019 in which you make a request for access to documents, registered on 19/03/2019 under the above-mentioned reference number.
We regret to inform you that Commissioner Pierre Moscovici's cabinet does not hold any documents that would correspond to the description given in your application.

Dear Economic and Financial Affairs,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Pierre Moscovici's cabinet meetings with religious lobbyists'.

According to your answer of April 09, I understand that neither Commissioner Pierre Moscovici nor his Cabinet have had any meeting with any organisation representing churches and/or religious communities since, at least, 2014. Is that right? Or is it that the meetings might have taken place but no documents are in possession of the Cabinet? In that case, I would understand that EU Transparency Register requirements are not being applied in the DG of Economic and Financial Affairs.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/pier...

Yours faithfully,

Álvaro Merino
