Dear Taxation and Customs Union,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Pierre Moscovici's cabinet meetings with religious lobbyists'.

In the answer to my request it was stated the following: "Neither the Commissioner, nor members of the Cabinet had meetings with lobbyists representing churches and/or religious communities to discuss topics within the remit of his portfolio". Because of that, I would like to know if the Commissioner or any member of his Cabinet had meetings with lobbyists representing churches and/or religious communities to discuss topics OUT of the remit of his portfolio.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/pier...
