During the extraordinary Frontex Management Board meeting of July 27th, 2022, the EU commission, represented by Mr Olivier Onidi, informed the board of the decision of the Council of the EU to cut the agency's budget for 2023.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain:

- correspondence between DG_HOME and the Council, regarding the planned budget cut to Frontex in 2023, including attachments.
- correspondence between DG_HOME and representatives of Member States, regarding the planned budget cut to Frontex in 2023, including attachments.
- correspondence between DG_HOME and Frontex' Management Board, regarding the planned budget cut to Frontex, including attachments
