Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Why there is no bio oil based plastic available for food?
That could be made easily from cheap hemp oil for example.
It would decompose totally at 2-5 years.
It's not harmful for humans or animals.
