Private banking relationships concerning EU budget
Dear Budget,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
-Information on the private banking relationships concerning the EU budget - what are the banks in which the EU budget sits? In other words, with whom does the EU bank (i.e. with regard to tenders, portfolio management, investment banking)?
