Project details on EUTF programme, 'Enhancing the Response to Migration Challenges in Egypt'
Dear International Cooperation and Development,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- A detailed breakdown of all of the proposed country-level, bilateral and EU/member state-funded projects that make up the €11.5 million EU Trust Fund for Africa programme, 'Enhancing the Response to Migration Challenges in Egypt' (ERMCE);
- The total number of projects that make up the above-mentioned programme;
- A detailed breakdown of the proposed funding, cost and time-frames of each of these projects that make up the ERMCE programme, as well as EU member state agencies and other civil society organisations due to be funding and/or implementing the programme;
- Details on any tenders already prepared for the proposed programme;
- Minutes of meetings or official communications detailing discussions on the (delayed) finalization and implementation of the above-mentioned programme with Egyptian diplomatic or government officials between the ERMCE's adoption on June 16, 2016 and January 18, 2017.
I look forward to your cooperation on this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact me should there be any need to clarify any part of this request.
Yours faithfully,
Tom Rollins
