Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- please inform if the members of given trade union where candidate is at the top of the structure participated in voting for the promotion of this candidate in the procedure described by the judgment

- please publish number of members of JPC, that abstained from voting in favour of the promotion described by the judgement , due to lack of their objectivity,

- please inform how trade unions participated in the judgment, in particular through legal service available to them or through other interventions
