Dear Ms Kappes
I refer to your e-mail of 22 March 2021 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 22 March 2021 under the above-mentioned
reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 11 May 2021 (the initial
deadline was 20 April 2021 and was extended until 11 May, as per my
message of 16 April).
We are currently working on your request, notably with the cabinets of the
different Commissioners involved, and identified a number of files that
can potentially fall under the remit of your request. However, we have to
analyse them in order to ensure that they are indeed related to your
request, and to redact the parts or sections that are irrelevant. Due to
parallel working priorities, it has not been possible to finalise this
work yet, and we are unfortunately not in a position to reply today.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause. We
will come back to you as soon as possible with the relevant documents you
requested, and hope we can count on your understanding.
With best regards,
Julien MOUSNIER
