The following persons have been chosen to the Public Council of International Experts (PCIE) as part of the selection process for the judges of the newly-established High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) of Ukraine:

1. GUTAUSKAS, Aurelijus;
2. DENKER, Flemming C.;
3. HARRIS, Lorna;
5. HOOPER, Sir Anthony;

It is known to me, that some of the persons in the list above have been nominated as candidates by the European Anti-Fraud Office.

The previously announced site for the PCIE for communication at the address: currently does not work.

According to the requirements of Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption," persons who are members of the competition commissions, public councils, councils of public control, formed by state bodies and that participate in the preparation of decisions on personnel issues, submit in the order established by this Law the declaration for the last year, in case of joining a competitive commission - within ten calendar days after the entry (inclusion, attraction, election, appointment) into the composition of the competition commission, the Public Council of Integrity, the public council, council of public control.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. Basis for selection of the named candidates as members of the PCIE.
2. Who finances the activity of the named persons as members of the PCIE.
