Subject: access to documents request - Publication of requests for
internal review

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

In accordance with Article 11a of Regulation 1367/2006 on the application
of the provisions of the Aarhus Convention on Access to Information,
Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in
Environmental Matters to Community institutions and bodies (as amended by
Regulation 2021/1767): “Union institutions and bodies shall publish all
requests for internal review as soon as possible after their receipt, as
well as all final decisions on those requests as soon as possible after
their adoption.”

However, we have not been able to find the publication of such requests on
the EIB's website.

We would therefore appreciate it if you could tell us where we can find
the requests for internal review that have been submitted to the Bank, as
well as final decisions on those requests.

If they are not accessible online, we hereby request, under the right of
access to documents as provided for in Regulation 1049/2001, access to all
requests for internal review submitted to the bank as well as final
decisions on those requests.
