Generaldirektion Haushalt

Dear Mr Rotherham,

You can find a breakdown of the RAL by sector (MFF heading) on pages 23-24
of the [1]Report on Budgetary and Financial Management. A further
breakdown by programme is provided in the pages 29-95 of the same Report.
Please note that there is no breakdown available of the total RAL by
Member State.

A breakdown by Member State is only meaningful for the programmes for
which there are pre-allocated national envelopes. Those would mainly be
the [2]European Structural and Investment funds (ESIF). You can find such
a breakdown by Member State in the '[3]Analysis of the budgetary
implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds in 2014' (a
Report published in May 2015 and covering ESIF implementation by end-2014)
and more specifically on pages 32 (for the programming period 2007-2013)
and 48 (for 2000-2006).

Your sincerely,
BUDG Team
