Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Any working agreements, letters or memoranda of understanding between the EEAS and Libyan authorities regarding EU NAVFOR Med. To be more general, this means documentation of the relationship any EEAS may have established with Libyan authorities leading to or surrounding EU NAVFOR Med.

Thank you for your e-mail dated 17/7/2015, registered on 17/7/2015,
requesting access to documents under Regulation No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents 
(that the EEAS is also respecting).

 

We understand from your request that you would like to have access to "Any
working agreements, letters or memoranda of understanding between the EEAS
and Libyan authorities regarding EU NAVFOR Med. To be more general, this
means documentation of the relationship any EEAS may have established with
Libyan authorities leading to or surrounding EU NAVFOR Med".

 

We have examined your request and asked the responsible Division in
headquarter of the EEAS in Brussels, identify any document you are looking
for. They have not identified any document matching your request. We have
been informed that such documents do not exist.  We have checked also the
Document Management Data Base of the EEAS however we have not
identified any document matching your request.
